As narcissistic as it sounds, I love experimenting in the kitchen. I love collecting cookbooks for, gasp….their pictures. As a mom of three with a wide array of palates to experiment different cuisines in, I often thrive with what is readily available in my pantry.
Oh let’s see.. cinnamon and sugar , cottage cheese aka paneer, and the new favorite in the house..quinoa in its various avatars will feature here. As also green apples and persimmon delicacies..
Totally misnomered 🙂 indo- chinese and their related cousins in the stir fry section and midnight cravings on goodies.. Oh wait and a few more continental fusions..Garlic cheese fakeroisants ( fake croissants), famosa ( fake and baked samosas ) and an array of chutney sandwiches..
